Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi was pleased with his team’s 2-0 win over Atalanta, which was a response to criticism of their poor performance in the big game.

Before this game, Inter had not won a single big game against AC Milan, Napoli and Juventus in six games, and lost 0-3 to Fiorentina last month.

“As a coach, I am more please with the ทางเข้า UFABET สำหรับสมาชิกใหม่ สมัครวันนี้ รับโบนัสฟรี performance than the result,” Inzaghi, who led his team to three points clear of Napoli before the international break, said after the game: “The players deserve to be congratulate because we are missing a lot of players.”

“We came to Bergamo with character. We should have scored in the first half. We’re hit the crossbar, Lautaro Martinez had a shot denied that was probably right, and Frattesi’s chance.”

“We’ve read a lot of things over the last two or three weeks, but when you see performances like this you know the commitment of this team is incredible. I couldn’t ask for more.”

“We were at the end of an exhausting cycle of matches, and I’m very satisfy.

“There are only a few games left, and I can’t ask much more from these guys.”

Then, he explained what it takes to beat a team like Atalanta.

“Against Atalanta, you need many things: running, determination, aggression.

“And, of course, you have to play well technically. The guys did a great job, but every match is different.

“These are always exciting games.

“Tonight was another great battle between two teams that play openly. And deserve to be at the top of the table.”
