Carlo Ancelotti has reportedly turned down the chance to take charge of the Brazil national team after the two sides failed to agree a start date.

The Italian manager is set to leave Real Madrid at the end of the season and has been heavily linked with taking over the five-time World Cup winner.

แทงบอล UFABET ราคาดีที่สุด ไม่มีขั้นต่ำ reports that Ancelotti travelled to London on Monday and was expected to sign a contract with Brazil in the English capital. However, he did not sign the deal and is likely to make a formal switch to international football when he returns to Spain on Tuesday.

However, it has been reported that Ancelotti has decided to reject the offer from Brazil and has contacted Brazilian Football Confederation president Ednaldo Rodriguez to inform him of his decision. Marca report that Ancelotti’s change of heart comes amid uncertainty over when he will be able to start with Brazil.

Brazil believe Ancelotti will be allowed to leave Real Madrid in June, but Ancelotti has told the federation he will not take up the role until August. Barring another major change, Ancelotti will no longer be Brazil’s next manager and will still be able to lead Real Madrid to the Club World Cup this summer. Ancelotti is still preparing to leave the Spanish giants before the start of next season and is believed to be considering a huge offer to take over as manager in Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi Arabian contract is reportedly worth €50m and would be difficult for him to turn down. Meanwhile, Brazil are looking for other options after failing to convince Ancelotti to become their new manager.
